In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or faulty, please notify Amsons as soon as possible for a replacement (if available), store credit or a full refund. Please contact via email firstname.lastname@example.org to assist with organising your return.
You may be required to send us images of the damage for further assessment. Amsons will give you the option to arrange a replacement, or provide you with a store credit or a full refund. Any refund is made back to the payment option you chose with your original order. Please do not attempt to return the items before speaking to one of our specialists (you may be responsible for any associate expenses if you do so).
We will not refund or replace a product that you have bought and received where, in our reasonable opinion, the product has: become of unacceptable quality due to fair wear and tear; misuse; failure to use in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions; using it in an abnormal way; or failure to take reasonable care.
Please note that for any item, please contact our Customer Care Team at email@example.com to assist with organising your return. Please note that free online return bookings are not available for any item and returning items may incur a postage fee.
Once we receive the returned items, we will fully refund you the amount you paid for the order less any cost for shipping the items to you. In the case of large items, we will also deduct the return shipping cost from the amount that you paid.
Returns Terms and Conditions
To be eligible for a refund, you must return your unopened order in their original packaging within the 30 Day Money Back Guarantee period. In the case that the item has been opened but is still in original condition, store credit to the value of that item will be issued in lieu of a refund.
- The 30 day guarantee period will commence from the date that the customer receives their product.
- If there is no receipt of delivery, the date shall be assumed to be 3 business days from the date of dispatch.
